California grown apricots and premium dried Mexican chili peppers, create a jam that is sweet with a kick of heat. Versatile and delicious, use to glaze chicken, pork or lamb. Create wonderful pan sauces when mixed with meat drippings. Top goat cheese, warmed Brie or cream cheese and serve with crackers or bread. Serve with home made biscuits and butter.
