This glass straw is as practical as it is beautiful; it's the perfect width to enjoy your favourite smoothie recipe or for sipping up small tapioca pearls. We are passionate about sourcing products that are manufactured as close to home as possible in an effort to reduce our environmental impact. When given the opportunity to manufacture our beautiful glass straws right here in Ontario, and from glass waste destined for the landfill, we knew that it was a win for us as a brand and also for the health of our planet! In addition to being made locally, each Good Straw is produced using industry standard borosilicate 33 (also known as Pyrex) glass waste that would otherwise be sent to landfill. We are able to create our straws using raw materials that are unused, damaged while in production or items that do not pass inspection. The majority of the world's waste comes from manufacturing and this process acts as one small solution to help divert from the landfill.
