The Victoria Noire Goth Velvet Dress by Olivia Noire is an elegantly designed dress that is comfortable enough that it can be worn daily, but fancy enough it can be worn to special events. The dress is made with comfortable lightweight velvet, gorgeous lace trim, and an extremely soft mesh for a flirty yet comfortable look. All fabrics used have a generous amount of stretch for comfort and should be taken into consideration for fit and sizing. Traditional American Sizing S-4XL which is roughly 2/4 to 22/24.
