We grow the wheat in Middle Georgia. We take the wheat berries to a Miller. He lifts the gate to his pond to activate the turbine the moves the 4 foot stone mill to grind our berries into fresh flour! Our flour is "speckled" because we grind the WHOLE berry into flour. We use the flour as a base for all our Homemade Baking Mixes. The other dry ingredients we add are ingredients you can pronounce. No preservatives. No fillers. No unpronounceable words! We provide "Nutrition from the Source." This is as close to a wheatfield as you'll get when eating Strawberry Cobbler! Taste the difference!
