These are teapots in two different glaze shades by Kasama based ceramicist Marumi Kujirai. In a handmade form that she has perfected, but has slight variations each times she shapes it, these pots are available in distinctive, cloudy shades of blue or green. The pots each have a perforated dome inside the spout to prevent leaves transferring to the cup. As they are made individually, each varies slightly. The quality and ease of use is the same in each case.
