There was a couple of wax melts arrived broken, this company offered to replace them straight away which I thought was awesome but refused as everything else was just so perfect that one or two snapped wax melts wasn't going to bother me :) All candles arrived safely wrapped and not one was broken :) Fab order loved everything Thank you
