Although I love the products, their communication and delivery is extremely frustrating. I waited months to be able to order the items I wanted. They shipped only a fraction of my order, and I was then told that the rest of the order would not ship until July 30 (5 month lead time). I am still able to order the items with a ship date of April 3. If this company cannot keep up with their orders, they should at least update their information. (BTW: This has been an issue long before COVID.)
