Description
We infuse our amber rich pure maple syrup with delicately sweet cinnamon. We add the whole cinnamon quill to this infusion to enhance the sweet, woody aroma and flavor. Cinnamon originates in Sri Lanka, so it pairs perfectly with middle eastern and Indian cuisines. It also goes well with apple, banana, pear and chocolate desserts.
