This Feather Wig is made with Dyed Rooster Hackle Feathers that have been glued down to a breathable poly-blend cap. The cap has an elastic band for a snug, comfortable fit. These feather wigs are perfect for Halloween, Carnival, Pride Parades, Mardi Gras, Cosplay and so much more! SIZE : One Size Fits Most Revitalize your feathers with a garment steamer or tea kettle. Simply hold your feathers over the steam and give the feathers a little shake. Careful not to allow the moisture to make the feathers too wet. Shake out and air dry or blow dry with no heat.
