This hot cocoa mix was inspired by childhood memories. It uses transparently sourced, natural cocoa powder to deliver a more flavourful chocolate drink. Natural cocoa powder is less refined, retaining the flavour of the cacao origin, and is more nutrient rich than commonly processed cocoa powders. The origin of this cocoa is Kokoa Kamili in the Kilombero Valley of Tanzania. Kokoa Kamili is a social enterprise helping to elevate the quality of life for cocoa farmers. TO MAKE: Heat 1 cup (8 oz) water, milk or milk alternative on stove top until steaming.  Remove from heat and vigorously whisk in 2 heaping tbsp (40 g) of hot cocoa.
