In Tibetan culture, goji berries are known to be fruits of longevity. These small red berries, known as Gou-qi-zi in Chinese, have been used in Asia for over 2500 years in traditional medicine and cooking. They regulate blood sugar and blood pressure. Our tasty organic and fair trade goji berries come from the Chinese province of Qinghai, in the Qaidam basin, on the Qinghai-Tibet plateau. They are dried in the sun, without preservatives, dyes, or additives. They can be enjoyed alone, as an infusion, in desserts, mueslis or in salads.
