Description
From the ancient recipe originally from Trapani, of which the grandmother of the owner of the company was the interpreter, this preserve was born. A few simple ingredients give life to a sublime dish, where the flavor of the artichoke is enhanced by the freshness of mint. Formats: 190 g jar Ingredients: 60% artichokes, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, garlic, mint. Recommendations for use: as an appetizer, side dish or to garnish cold dishes.

Love the stuff we got, despite an item not being what we ordered, it was the run-around we got while ordering that put us off. Marked order as "shipped" but messaged to to say was going to be a month delay while they waiting to get product in stock, offered a replacement that WAS in stock for quicker ship in 3-5 days. 3 weeks later we reach out again because wouldn't track, were told replacement item waiting to be back in stock. Shipping was 120% cost of products, 5 weeks after order date.
