Description
Trevijano Mediterranean cous cous is a staple in the pantry for three reasons: - It lasts a long time and does not take up space: up to 18 months without needing to be chilled (even when opened). - It is always ready when we need it: it is prepared in five minutes with boiling water, salt and olive oil. - It's healthy and tasty: it contains only vegetable ingredients and spices. Without any additives, we always have a very tasty dish made from dehydrated vegetables at their best. Dehydration is an ancient technique for food preservation. By removing the water from the vegetables, we stop the ageing process, so there is no need to add additives or preservatives to enjoy the vegetables for a long time to come. In the case of cous cous, it is sufficient to add boiling water to rehydrate the ingredients. With a little salt to taste and extra virgin olive oil, we obtain a healthy, easy-to-prepare and very tasty dish in just five minutes.
