Sauce made with 100% Italian tomatoes and Gorgonzola D.O.P. to dress pasta and prepare lasagna. Usage instructions: The sauce is ready to be poured directly onto freshly drained pasta. It can be heated over low heat or in the microwave after opening the jar and removing the lid. We recommend finishing cooking the pasta by tossing it in the pan with the sauce for a minute.
