Made from freshly squeezed and zested lemons and limes, and yuzu juice. Our sour mix is bright, crisp and full of natural citrus flavor. Pairs perfectly with rum, tequila, whiskey, pisco, bourbon, gin, vodka, and amaretto. Instantly brightens any drink and replaces lemon or lime juice in any cocktail recipe. All mixes are sold in 8oz. (250ml) bottles. A typical drink will use between 1/2oz and 1 oz of our mixes. Each bottle will make 8-16 drinks

Can't say enough goods things about Split Tree. Saw them the for the first time on Dragons Den and have followed them ever since. Our order arrived quickly and was correct. After trying these cocktail syrups our clients don't want to try anything else!
