Description
300ml Sauteed onion sauce is very popular in Japan and is a wonderful accompaniment to grilled meat or as an excellent marinade for steak and tuna. The onions are gently cooked until they are caramelised, then the rest of the ingredients are blended to create a smooth base that is both savoury and sweet.
