Sourdough crackers produced from ancient wheats, heritage wheats and fine bran and rye, all stone milled by us. We mix with sourdough, honey, olive oil and sea salt. Creating a crisp cracker with flavours of wheat, tangy sourdough, honey sweetness, complex sea salt and subtle olive oil.
