I had 3 belt buckles arrived defective I informed them 2 buckles were chipped/scratched 1 had paint marks above the lettering on cowgirl up. They sent me a return label to use. I followed up with them they said never received them back mailed out oct 22nd. Post office said the label was the wrong weight, the return address was missing information and the label had been used multiple times since summer and therefore was a fraudulent label. They read my message days ago haven’t respond.

Review Edit: I told the shop owner that I would have to wait until the next week to send the broken earrings due to packing & printer issues. My intention after purchasing over $1,000 worth of earrings was not to cheat the seller out of 3 single earrings. Original Review: Disrespectful & rude, refused to answer questions pertaining to a large shipment, ended up canceling my third order after originally purchasing over $1,000 worth of earrings in a two week period.
