Our Cold Pressed Hemp Seed Oil has a smooth nutty taste and is full of vital essential fatty acids, omegas 3, 6 and 9 along with a multitude of minerals. It is carefully pressed from UK grown hemp seed in our award winning factory here in Warminster. OMEGAS: Cold Pressed Hempseed oil contains the perfect ratio of omegas 3, 6 and 9. Due to its impressive capability for carbon sequestration, hemp seed products are considered to be carbon neutral. How to use it: Use as a cold culinary oil. It can be added to salads, sauces, soups, pesto & smoothies. How much to use: Consume as much as you like but our minimum recommendation is 1 tablespoon of oil per day (15ml)
