Our Gluten-free pie shell mix is perfect when you want to make a tasty pie. The mix is used to make the pie shell then you fill it with your filling that you like. For food pies, the mix is just mixed with water or eggs. If you want to make a sweet pie with a sweeter bottom, add icing sugar. The product is easy to use and when you add the water and start processing the mix, a fine dough is quickly formed.
