Pure Black #Luxe
The sunglasses are nice quality but there were some small cracks around the screws. I did message the seller and we then moved over to emailing. After sending pictures of the damage, I was told I’d get a replacement pair, however it’s been weeks with no contact and no replacement. The products themselves are okay if there wasn’t any cracks, luckily they’re not that noticeable but it’s the principle of it. Customer service not so great.
