The bottles arrived in good condition. The bottles all seemed a little dirty/dusty but that apparently is normal as I've seen with other syrup companies.

I will be using them for future needs for my coffee shop. I placed an order and when it was delivered, there was an issue. When I messaged them they were quick to respond that it was their mistake and shipped out the correct product the next day!!! And added some extras for the trouble! If you’re looking for a delicious high quality coffee flavor I would highly recommend them!
