A posh pigeon to charm people! Handcrafted from salvaged materials and my special paper mache mix. This little bird begins with a template/structure made from reclaimed wood or composite metal board, then handmade feet are added to allow it to stand. The work is varnished but not recommended for outdoors and measures 10cm w by 38cm l by 32cm h approximately. Each piece is unique so will vary a little in appearance. Every one is individually sculpted, handpainted and decoupaged with a fun snippet from a magazine. My oversized bird designs make an impact and are complemented by mini versions which are great as gifts. The finished product is varnished and can go outdoors - current tests find them unaffected after one year - extreme heat should be avoided.
