BREWING TIPS: Place the tea bag in a cup or teapot and pour in simmering water (90°C). Let it brew for 3 to 5 minutes. CHARACTERISTICS OF GREEN TEA: Not undergoing fermentation or roasting, green tea differs from other teas by its high levels of active ingredients as well as by its subtlety and sweetness of taste. Richer in theanine than black tea, and less dosed in theine, it does not have stimulating effects like the latter but infuses deliciously soothing waves.
