zero customer service - didn't even bother to update stock levels on Faire ( which showed all in stock) or indeed have the decency to contact me via Faire or email regarding a fraction of the order placed being in stock and whether I still wanted what was available. I didn't as the 4 lines they delivered = a fragmented display. Quality id ok for a woolen scarf - photos on Faire show items being much brighter than they actually are - to the point my staff questioned whether I had ordered the item
