Contains 100% organic, powdered botanicals of: Gymnema sylvestre, Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), Guarana seed (Paullinia cupana), Brindleberry (Garcinia cambogia), Cayenne (Capsicum annuum), Ginger root (Zingiber officinale) and Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra). Add 1-2 tsp to warm water, smoothies, protein shakes, tea, or mix into honey to make a paste. Most effective when taken 30-60 minutes before meals and exercise.
