disappointed in the shipping and customer service at MOS. each time we order there have been broken pieces. This last time there were six piece and one was part of a special order for a customer. Went back and forth so many times to get replacements for the six. When they finally arrived after at least 8 messages they sent only five. One was the wrong piece and the special order plate was not sent. Now they tell me II can non longer file a damage replacement report.
