Matcha is the most precious, respected and extraordinary of green teas. In Japanese, the first syllable, mat -, means powder and cha, is tea in Chinese or Japanese, translated; Pulverized tea. Its production is very careful and artisanal, thus maintaining all its aroma, flavor and nutritional properties.
