El Decaf is a carefully crafted blend of beans from some of Guatemala’s most celebrated farms: El Durazno, San Jerónimo Miramar, Rabanales, San Jorge, and Gascon. Sourced from the iconic coffee regions of Atitlán, Antigua, and Nuevo Oriente, each farm brings its own unique character to the cup. Using the sugarcane decaffeination process, this coffee keeps all the rich complexity of its origins while gently removing the caffeine. The result? A beautifully balanced brew with caramel sweetness, smooth chocolatey notes, and a touch of bright fruit—proof that you can have all the flavour without the buzz.
