Our toddler basic tutus are handmade and features soft nylon tulle attached to 1 1/4-inch elastic waistbands to accommodate those in between sizes. The standard tulle length for toddlers is 6' inches and varies in size XXS(Newborn to 2 yrs.), XS(2yrs to 4yrs), Small(3yrs to 5yrs).
