If you worry about your pet's allergies or digestive issues, then BuggyBix is the right choice for you! The idea behind our Buggy range was developed sitting at a local cafe beside the dog park. Whilst discussing different feeding trends for dogs, global population pressures & general food security we thought why not use insects as a protein source in pet food? After exploring the Australian market, interestingly we were unable to find any insect-based pet food products. As it turned out, the edible insect market was very new & no local pet products existed. This was the lightbulb moment! Why not source locally grown insects & develop a pet food ourselves? So began our Buggy journey... to reimagine how we nourish our pets.Read their story
