About Slim Piggins BBQ

Slim Piggins BBQ was born in 2012 and started by two brothers with a grill and a dream. We began with backyard cooking for friends and family, then moved on to competitive barbecue, then finally to a food trailer. From the beginning, creating our flavor profiles was the most important part of our process. We created rubs, sauces, and dishes that inspired us, and made our food even more amazing. We have honed our recipes to create what we think are amazing sauces that our customers already love and now we are excited to share them with the rest of the world. Read their story
