Inside the Pantry was formed with the mission to source great tasting dried fruit from across the world that you can feel good about in every way. We are an ethical, slow fruit company bringing you sweet treats full of flavour that do good for you and others. We work with small, independent suppliers who pay their workers and farmers a fair wage, make a positive impact in their local communities and support sustainable farming. This allows us full traceability and a transparent supply chain. PREMIUM DRIED MANGO Our mango is sustainably grown in Northern Thailand by local farmers. The mangoes are left to tree-ripen in the sun and are only picked during the season when the fruit is at its perfect ripeness and bursting with flavour. Once picked, the mangoes are prepared and soft dried at low temperatures to retain their juiciness and natural sweet taste. BIG SLICES Our dried mango comes in big slices - just like you would eat a fresh mango. We prepare the dried mango the Thai way with a very small amount of raw cane sugar to bring out the natural flavours of the fruit HOW TO EAT IT Eat as a wholesome delicious snack (AM or PM), add it to your breakfast bowl, use it as a flavourful ingredient or serve it with dark chocolate and your favourite nut for an after-dinner treatRead their story
