CRAFT We stir the caramel in a rhythmic figure of eight in polished copper vats, toil becomes meditation. We develop the apprentice’s eye to see the change in the flow of the chocolate, we are sharing the care of those that taught us. INSPIRATION Embedded in the landscape of Dorset.
