Brasserie Bruel was created in 2017 by a former sommelier. It exclusively produces beers aged in wood. Its tasting beers can be enjoyed over a gourmet meal as well as a convivial aperitif! Located in the south-west, near Bayonne, the Bruel Brewery makes barred beers with local and organic raw materials. All breeding is carried out in our cellar, near the ocean in Tarnos. Several ranges are available: -A classic range, composed of four beers aged in French oak wood. -A premium range, composed of four beers aged for at least six months in south-western barrels (Armagnac, cognac, Jurançon, red wine). -A “seasonal” range with four beers, one per season, often mixed with whole local fruits. -A range of natural beers, worked on grapes that are fermented spontaneously or naturally.
