Schrockbier Old Smokehouse jerky is made with 100% USDA beef which is cut with the grain for meat integrity. Just like it was in the old west, the way it should be. Then our jerky is marinated in dark beer, not water like other beef jerky. Making it one of a kind by giving it a unique taste and texture. Seasoned with old fashioned spices and smoke, then dried to perfection. We at Schrockbier Old Smokehouse try to keep our jerky in line, or as close as possible, with original, old time jerky ways, in all our products. We use Kansas Beef, Kansas Honey and Kansas beer in all our jerky. We are also a Christian based company and most of our profits go towards missionary work and spreading the word of God and love for our country. Our company is a Christian based, veteran owned, United States company from the middle of the heartland of Kansas. Expiration dates are a non-issue until the package is opened. Making it perfect for a longer term storage product. Up to at least 1 year according to K-State meat and poultry department guidelines for this Jerky. After opened, it needs refrigeration, as with any meat product. This product makes a delicious addition to any store.
