Life partners and cofounders, Candace and Jonathan started with one simple question: why can't we eat cheesecakes every day? The answer was pretty obvious: because they're filled with sugars, grains, and a list of additives a mile long that will have you feeling bloated with a sugar high. Plus, all the incumbent brands are no fun. Private label cheesecake, no thanks! So we left our tech careers behind during the start of the pandemic and set out to create a snack as delicious as our homemade cheesecake, but without the sugar, carbs and junk. We started with real ingredients we could stand behind, then spent over a year crafting an impossibly decadent and nutritious dessert for every occasion.
