Our Story So Far The Journey From Apple Turnovers to a Baking Mat! Our Strengths: Product Innovation and Improvement Every time the smell of freshly baked apple turnovers fills the air, it takes us back home. Our mother baked the best apple turnovers in the world—not because of some secret ingredients or recipe, but because of the love she poured into them. The love for her children and the love for baking, a passion that connects people around the globe. With passion and care, we develop our products by combining tradition with modern materials. Since 2015, we’ve stood by our promises of sustainability and high quality. But how did it all begin? Let’s go back to those apple turnovers we can’t get enough of to this day. Back then, we used a lot of baking paper, which created a considerable amount of waste. That’s when the idea struck us: there had to be a better way. After much searching and experimenting, we created our very first product—a reusable baking mat, tested and approved by the world’s best apple turnover baker. At Backefix, we stand not only for high-quality products but also for care, togetherness, and entrepreneurial spirit.
