(1) How We Started: With only $1,000, a lot of hard work and a clever “business plan” scribbled on espresso and chocolate covered scraps of anything that held ink, lead, crayon or marker and even sometimes Amy’s mascara, Andrew and Amy Dillon took the experiences gained from long prosperous careers in food service-hospitality, grocery-retail and language communications and opened Dillon’s Chocolates, llc on New Year’s Eve 2011 out of their studio apartment located in the beautiful Lake Michigan area of southeastern, WI. (2) We’ve Done our “Homework”: Dillon’s Chocolates, llc is a family owned and operated All Natural/Non-GMO & Gluten Free* chocolate producer. As a greater Midwest-company, Dillon’s produces over 50 varieties of mouth-watering gourmet treats in multiple brands of chocolate bars and truffle candies which sell and distribute to wholesalers and retailers across the country. (3) How We Do It: From the land internationally recognized and known for producing top quality Dairy, Cheese, Livestock and of course the reigning Beer and Sausage capitals of the world, Dillon’s Chocolates, llc showcases the very best total chocolate experience out of Wisconsin!
