Devon Grimes is a NYC based painter and creative. Featured themes are based on specific aspects of Devon’s daily life that excite and inspire her. Since childhood, Devon has had an obsession with linear movement and unsuspecting color relationships. She enjoys exploring her subjects in often flattened planes of shape. Although she prefers to study the human face, her almost decade long career in floral design + styling taught her that flowers and food make for compelling substitutes.
