About Hermus Olive Oil

Bringing Arbequina, a Spanish olive variety, to Turkey in 2008 was the beginning of our journey. In 11 global competitions, we have won 93 awards with 6 olive varieties. Our olive oil has a fruity aroma, a striking green color, and a delicate and pleasant texture. There is an intense scent of almonds, green bananas, tomatoes, apples, artichokes, leaves, and grass. Cold pressed, 100% organic, No additives and 100% natural! In top-quality EVOO, the acidity level is below 0.2%. Very rich in polyphenols (antioxidants), min. 500 ppm (mg/lt), above 250 ppm is considered rich in polyphenols. A glass bottle holding 16.9 ounces (500 milliliters). We harvest olives in early and mid-September. The fruits are harvested by hand and transported to the squeezing plant within a few hours.
