About Darkothica and Barkothica Boutique

Greetings! I'm Mel (Melinda), the sole owner/operator of Darkothica and Barkothica Boutique -inspired and born by my love and passion for all things dark, macabre, & alternative. Darkothica was established in May of 2017 and operates out of CT, USA. Among running all they typical daily tasks that come with running a small business, I work closely with my designer Kayla to create unique alternative designs that you will not find on Amazon or other 3rd party sites. Once we have perfected a design, I carefully source high quality products and manufacturers to turn our design into select home decor and accessory items. Darkothica designs are on pillows, blankets, purses, wallets, rugs, coffee mugs, and more. Barkothica items are on bandana's pet bowls, mats, and more! I also purchase a sample of each design/product we create to perform a quality control process to ensure the design is printed well and to feel the product with my own hands for quality, comfort, etc. I hope you enjoy browsing my brand's products as much as I enjoy creating them!
