Born from obsession and the relentless pursuit to create invigorating flavour fused with culinary versatility, Taishon’s Award Winning Peking and Korean sauces redefine the rules of ‘mise en place’ and have been created to provide a flavour packed, hassle free gourmet cooking experience. Developed off the back of a pop up kitchen they started as a result of the COVID-10 lockdown, husband and wife team, Nic and Leigh Ngoc-Cleeve launched the first two sauces of their range in 2025 and have gone on to be awarded several highly aclaimed industry awards. Crossing over cultures - Taishon set out to communicate with those starting out on their food journey, as well as self-proclaimed foodies and critics.
