Around the courtyard of a simple ancient dwelling, a dream with a genuine flavor came to life in 1958. Just like the oil that, after 70 years, continues to be produced here with love to satisfy a loyal clientele. Oleifici Rotondo is a venture initiated by Nicola Luigi Rotondo. His presence proves invaluable in the company, overseeing the production of particularly appreciated extra virgin oils. Because here, the olives are cultivated as they were in the past, directly on the Rotondo family's own land. And after careful maturation, they are milled with great care, just after being hand-picked.
