About Maison MAAI

Maison MAAI (Make Again And Inspire) Our idea is to make things with a sense of relaxed and timeless simplicity using washed pure linen and recycled cashmere.   We began by assembling a concise collection of 6 pieces hand made in London with an emphasis on environmental responsibility. We sew in spring... In March we source sustainable cashmere and linen, with this we make as many garments as possible from it in small batches. From September until February we sell what we have produced in the previous last 6 months.   We make garments based on how much fabric we can sustainably and responsibly source so we are unable to follow the fashion seasons and only able to offer one collection a year. We repair and MAKE AGAIN We personally hand wash, repair, re-make then sell again. By offering a full life cycle for all our garments we hope to reduce waste and to not add to landfill.   Read their story
