About Rancho Milagro

At Rancho Milagro, we grow four olive varieties – Frantoio, Coratina, Picual, and Hojiblanca. Previously the land had been used for grazing cattle. We first planted olive trees in 2013, then more in 2014, and still more in 2016. We now have about 3000 trees over 40 acres. We started harvesting in 2016, and each year as the trees mature they produce more oil. We harvest by hand with a hired crew. The olives get to the mill quickly – within hours – to give you the best flavors. Our Field Blend combines all 4 varieties in the original orchard. Since 2023, we've also offered Frantoio as a single variety on its own. Enjoy award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Rancho Milagro drizzled on grilled meat or vegetables.
