Nature has always been one of my most powerful guides and my deepest healing spaces. It is a gift to be a conduit and share the way nature can holistically heal people through plant magic and the grounding of the earth elements. Kikita apothecary is nested in the redwood forest in Santa Cruz, California - where the founder Krista was born and raised. She grew up learning from the forest and running wild along the San Lorenzo river, finding peace, comfort and security in nature and its elements. Her inspiration comes from meeting many lands and plants on her travels around the globe, continually bringing her joy and peace. The hawk on the logo is a symbol for her greatest spirit animal and symbolizes intuition and the ability to clearly see what lies ahead. Incorporated in the logo you will find beautiful lavender and the remarkable California poppy- the first two herbs Krista learned as a little girl.
