Welcome to Big Jim's, Home Of The Worlds ONLY Scottish Whisky Barrel Aged Hot Sauces. Born following the founders own mental breakdown, Big Jim's is about more that just Hot Sauce. Our aim is to help normalise the discussion of mental health, let's make sharing how we feel as normal as sharing a meal! Our sauces are made using chillies that are aged with Whisky Casks sourced from some of Scotland's leading distilleries, giving the sauces a completely unique depth of flavour that you just cannot get in any other way.
