About Goofy Guineas

It all started with guinea pigs. More specifically, Marmite and Twiglet. Little did I know, over 10 years ago, that I would be dedicating a shop to these little furry bundles of joy! When Marmite passed, Twiglet was furiously independent and had little patience for other pigs. Her personality was so pronounced that when I finally sacked off my 9 – 5 to become a freelance Graphic Designer, I used any spare hours I had to curate illustrations of her being her goofy self! Whilst I thought I was alone in my guinea pig obsession, I quickly discovered that millions around the world have devoted their own lives caring for cavies. That’s when the ‘Goofy Guineas Colouring Book’ was born. After being inspired to fuse my passions and create the colouring book, I couldn’t just stop there and so the brand ‘Goofy Guineas’ was created. Starting off with all things guinea pigs I then started branch off into greeting cards of all topics!Read their story
