Sandra Antonangeli is the engine behind BAZ APPAREL...the company is named after her late father who's nickname was BAZ ....she began sewing and designing her own clothing as a young girl, working alongside her mom who was a very creative and talented maker. With the help of her mother she began experimenting on her own, started a side business making custom bridesmaids dresses and formal wear for weddings..... that expanded to other custom pieces for her clients. After years of perfecting her craft with custom designs, she decided she wanted to learn more about the business side, and began working in the wholesale fashion industry in 2007. She has gained experience and knowledge of the clothing supply chain, representing brands from all over the world. She decided to take a chance and start her own business. A showroom space became available in the same building she has been working in for the last 15 years and she jumped at the chance and signed a lease! By pairing her business and her creative knowledge, she started her own agency and now operates her own showroom! ... she has built a loyal customer base who have been supporting her through her career. She is known for her handmade kimonos, but offers easy wearable flowy styles for women of all shapes and sizes.
